3. Split Ends- The ends of your hair are the oldest and driest parts. When the protective hair cuticle is destroyed at the end of the hair, the hair splits into two or more parts.
4. Hair Breakage- Besides daily heat styling, blow drying and brushing, other seemingly harmless actions like tying your hair into a tight ponytail or twirling your hair with your fingers exert excessive stress on your hair, resulting in breakage.
5. Dryness- Exposure to the sun, wind or even air-conditioning can result in hair dryness. The hair cuticle that protects the hair is weakened and is unable to retain moisture within the cuticles of the hair.

I do not actually like hair oil because it's too intensive for my hair and I absolutely hate it if my hair looks greasy. But, i was very impressed with Essential CC Oil, although it is an oil-based product, it doesn't leave my hair looking greasy or neither my hands have the greasy residue after applying it. The hair oil is light-weight, it absorbs fast, keeps your hair smooth and tangle-free!

Here i had customised my choice of beverages. 

Yakult is available in flavours such as the original, the apple, the grape & the orange. All flavours have this distinct taste and fruity kicks that you can easily identify. For me, nothing beats the original however if they have other more flavours so how not? Hence, I decided to come up with this by mixing the original Yakult with the Ribena's Pineapple & Passionfruit Drink. 

And the end result was......... it tastes so good! :)

Anyhow, there's no hard or fast rule for what you should mix, so go ahead and unleash your creativity in you! 

Below is a recipe for you to try at home: Pineapple & Passionfruit Margaritas Mocktail Recipe// Serves at 4

INGREDIENTS

1 bottle of Ribena Pineapple & Passionfruit 

10lime, small

1 cup orange juice

2 cups ginger ale

Sufficient ice cubes

Sufficient salt and lime juice- rims of the glasses

1 Pineapple wedge for 4 cups- garnish

Step1: Rub rims of four glasses with lime; dip rims in salt and set aside

Step2: Combine the following in a pitcher- Ribena Pineapple & Passionfruit, orange juice, ginger gale, lime juice and ice.

Step3: Pour the concoction into the glasses with its rims dipped in salt (Step1)

Step4: Stir and it's ready to serve
