CNOS3 Briefing + Lunch{Nana's Green Tea Cafe}

Met up with Vivian and Cherylene and went for Cineleisure Next Online Sensation3 briefing

(For those who don't know-->Yes, i got in!). 

It was great to meet the other contestants (bloggers). Made quite a number of friends, all of them are so nice and i foresee we will make a great friendship. 

*Starstruck* met Bongqiuqiu too...she's so pretty! :)

After the briefing, i met up with Melissa and we decided to head for lunch.

So yea, hello guys! I'm back with another food post and another awesome place to introduce! 

First of all, any green tea lovers here? Do you like Japanese food? Do you like matcha- esp those that imported from Kyoto? I am and if you like any of them, Nana's Green Tea is for you.

I have walked past Nana's Green Tea way too many times and i have always wanted to try it (Had been telling my love that we MUST visit Nana's green tea cafe but well we didn't had a chance to and also, he hates green tea a lot). So glad that i was able to try it today and i'd definitely visit this place again! :)

This is where they make and bring out their food and drinks- just right opposite the main entrance

If you walked past Nana's Green Tea Cafe before, you will see this signboard with CRAZY number of green tea/ matcha drinks. 

Located in the Plaza Singapura extension, Nana's is a modern and open concept type of cafe. The atmosphere was cozy and the service was all good. I like how spacious and innovative the place is. The square partitions in this cafe is designed as a modern interpretation of a Japanese tea room- when there's some form of privacy between each table. 

They have a very eclectic menu- Loads of variety to choose from.

 

Whenever i visit any Japanese cafe, i will definitely order unagi because it's my all time favourite! :) I would rate this 5/5. Yummmm~ Unagi Mabushi Don// Grilled soy marinated eel served over warm Japanese rice and garnished with sesame, nori and spring onion. 

 S.Mentaiko Cream Udon

Combines with the freshness of the prawns with scallop in Sesame Cream makes an appetizing comfort food dish.

Matcha Latte topped with Matcha Ice cream

It was thick and fragrant and the taste of the matcha was strong with a generous scoop of matcha ice cream.

Nana's Green Tea offers a special lunch set at an affordable price at just $13.90 with a whole list of choices to choose from! Nana's Green Tea Cafe offers lunch featuring a complimentary drink and a main course of your choice. You get to choose any kind of beverages below $8.00 ranging from Hoji, Azuki, Matcha, Uji, Latte and Blended coffee. 
The lunch set is available EVERYDAY (Monday-Friday: 11am-2.30pm & Weekend + Public Holiday: 11am to 2pm).

THE 3RD EDITION OF CINELEISURE'S NEXT ONLINE SENSATION IS BACK! 

Earlier on, i was still in an indecisive decision whether to join because honestly, I have never done it before...but after some encouragement from family, boyfriend and friends, i decided to give it a shot. {This is a golden opportunity, if you don't try, you miss out all the chances! I keep that in mind :)}

If you guys are still wondering what's CNOS is all about. Basically, it is a social media competition organized by Cathay Cineleisure Orchard in search of social media savvy youths who are able to best represent and promote the different Food, Fashion and Leisure facets of Cathay Cineleisure Orchard! 

Participants will be scored and judged by resident judge and celebrity blogger Bong Qiu Qiu, Maureen Ow also known as MissTamChiak and Blogger Entrepreneur Sheila Tham!

Winner will be awarded with $1,000 cash, an OLYMPUS PEN Camera, a larger-than-life-size poster advertisement and a year-long supply of Cathay Cineplexes movie vouchers!

It's the 'Best fries Forever'{Located at Basement of Cathay Cineleisure}

'Best Fries Forever' needs no introduction. The fries definitely live up to their name.

Whenever i head to Orchard for my shopping spree, i will definitely drop by Cineleisure to get my 'BEST FRIES FOREVER'!!!! Why this place? I mean it's nothing special right? There's fries at McDonald's, KFC, Burger King etc. Because here, the fries are well, sliced with the potato skin on, deep fried and served in it's seemingly all natural oily goodness. 

It is far most one of the best fries i've tried. I doubt i will get sick of it...ha~ It's so yummy and till now, i'm still loving em'

My Favourite Sauce- Macho Cheese!!! {I LOVE CHEESE FRIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!}

The amount of sauce given is pretty much generous and it is very filling too. 

I would recommend this!! Cheese toppings would never go wrong :)
